This Pray Hear Write 21-Day Writing Fast and Focus is a reboot of our 2020 live Pray Hear Write Fast and Focus. This daily guided pray and fasting series will provide a place for you, Spirit-inspired writer, to come and focus and set yourself before the Lord and soak in His presence specifically for your writing tasks. You need this time—time when God is first and everything else is not, when it is His face only that you seek. Bring your fears, concerns, and questions: “Lord, what do I write?” “You’ve called me, but what do I say?” “You’ve called me, but who is this word for?” “You’ve called me, but how will this word get out?”

As you seek God, He will come quickly to you with answers and inspiration from on high. You will be more passionate and driven than ever before to start and complete the work you’ve been commissioned by heaven to do.

Where you were stuck, you will be loosed. Where you were once rejected, you will be accepted according to God’s plan. Where you were once discouraged and confused, you will be strengthened, encouraged, and clearly directed. He’s done it so many times before; He will do it for you.

During the next 21 days, we are going to connect with heaven and hear God's plans for your new season of writing. You will be guided through these 21 days with daily prayer, Spirit-led writing prompts inspired by my book Pray Hear Write: 21 Days of Pray and Fasting for Breakthrough in Your Writing, and guidance on how to establish a writing practice that will help hone your writing voice and help you complete important projects.

Soon, you will be sent a welcome email that will kick off your fast and focus. Afterward, a new email will be sent to you each morning with writing prompts, writing tips or activity, and a prerecorded video reading and prayer starter that corresponds with each of the 21 days covered in the book.

You will best engage with this fast and focus if you have a copy of the Pray Hear Write book. If you don't have a copy, I have provided a discount on the ebook version so that, if you need a copy of the book, you can get access to it for this challenge.

While the hard copy version of Pray Hear Write includes space to write, the ebook version obviously won't, so you will need a dedicated notebook or journal to write in for the duration of this challenge. You can order one of my Pray Hear Write journals if you like, or prepare one of your own.

As you go through this 21-day prayer and fasting journey for breakthrough in your writing, I pray that you are ignited by a whole new passion to write. I pray that the windows of heaven open over you and inspiration to write good things overtakes you.
